About Etobicoke Medical Centre FHT

About Etobicoke Medical Centre FHT

The Etobicoke Medical Centre Family Health Team is a team of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and support staff who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive primary health care services to help you live healthy lives, prevent disease, and manage chronic illness. This team includes registered nurses, registered practical nurses, clinical pharmacists, nurse practitioners, registered dietitians, registered social workers, psychological associates and administrative staff. The Family Health Team works to support the patients of our affiliated family physicians by providing expended primary care services, in order to provide the best individual care. You must be a patient of one of the affiliated family physicians at 85 The East Mall to receive expanded healthcare services from the Family Health Team.

MONDAY 8:30-8:00pm
TUESDAY 8:30-8:00pm
WEDNESDAY 8:30-8:00pm
THURSDAY 8:30-8:00pm
FRIDAY 8:30-8:00pm
SATURDAY 9:00-3:00pm
SUNDAY 9:00-12:00pm
