EASING STRESS THROUGH EVERY DAY MINDFULNESS (ESEM)

As we navigate the stressors that come with life transitions, health challenges as well as the waves of global change, mindfulness is an approach that can support us in stepping back from doing mode, anchoring in the present moment in the present moment, and responding in ways that support rather than detract from our wellbeing. The workshop series introduces participants to a variety mindfulness meditation practices along with practical every day mindfulness activities. No previous meditation experience necessary.
