PRACTICING MINDFULNESS MEDITATION (PMM)

Start or pause your day with a Mindfulness Meditation Practice. Following a brief welcome and orientation, a 20 minute mindfulness meditation practice will be guided. Practices will vary and will include breathing meditations, body scans and loving kindness practices.

These are stand alone sessions. Participants are welcome to attend one or all and may join the series at any time. The meeting ID and password will be the same for all sessions.

Every Wednesday, at 8-8:30am

1. Please leave a detailed message with your first and last name and the best number to contact you. 

2.Provide the full class name and date/time. 

3. You will receive a reminder email or phone call 72 hours prior to the class, which will include the Zoom login ID and password.

Please note, to receive the reminder email with login information via email, a consent form needs to be filled out at the clinic by you. If you have not filled a consent form, you will be contacted by phone.

*Non EMC FHT Patients:
