PRACTICING MINDFULNESS MEDITATION (PMM)
Start or pause your day with a Mindfulness Meditation Practice. Following a brief welcome and orientation, a 20 minute mindfulness meditation practice will be guided. Practices will vary and will include breathing meditations, body scans and loving kindness practices.
These are stand alone sessions. Participants are welcome to attend one or all and may join the series at any time. The meeting ID and password will be the same for all sessions.
