SLEEP WELL (SL) 

Learn about behavioural strategies to address restless sleep as well as techniques aimed at breaking patterns related to sleep problems, managing worry, understanding the role of medication. Strategies intended to help improve your sleep routine will be shared.

This 2 hour, 1 session class is jointly facilitated by a member of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Team and our Clinical Pharmacist.
